Our Response to Covid-19

We appreciate these are fast-moving times. Managing the community risk of COVID-19 has significantly and swiftly changed the way we live, as we all have a role to protect and serve Australian communities. Asahi Beverages are strong advocates of ‘Stay at Home’ to limit the spread. With this in mind,  Asahi Drinks Cart provides 100% CONTACTLESS delivery within two business days.

On arrival our delivery team will:

  • Knock and then step back, ensuring a 2 metre distance is in place at all times (or as far as possible in safety).
  • Request your name, visually check age ID from a safe distance and check you are sober.
  • Print your name on the consignment note, as signatures are no longer mandatory
  • Deliver to an agreed location outside of the residence or we will deliver inside the door only. (We will not proceed any further than to have the goods safely inside and allowing the door to operate).
  • If you are not home, we will contact you. If there is a safe, out of sight place to leave your delivery, we will do so and take a photograph of the location for proof of delivery.

Are there purchase limits?

Yes - for alcoholic products.

In line with government and industry restrictions, we will be applying a limit of 4 cases of alcohol (beer, cider or RTD) per customer, per day. Our spirits portfolio will not be available on Asahi Drinks Cart at this stage.

These limits are subject to change at any time and we reserve the right to amend and apply limits as required to ensure compliance with government and industry restrictions.

Are there more products available?

Asahi Beverages offer a wide range of quality beer, cider, RTDs and non-alcoholic drinks. Given the COVID-19 challenges for our supply chain, we have kept the Asahi Drinks Cart offer to a smaller set of popular items. Our ambition is to continue to add more of the drinks you love as we evolve.
